MulhamMarket ships to customers in most countries around the world. If shipping is unavailable to your location, you will be notified during the checkout process.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional events, or due to high order volumes.

4. Shipping Costs

From time to time, MulhamMarket may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and tracking information.

Customers can track their shipments using the tracking link provided in the confirmation email.

6. Customs Duties and Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Customers may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy after receiving the order.

9. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.

  • Customized, personalized, or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
